  • This cash rich, niche forwarder, are offering something that is different from the competition. The owners allow the ability for a good sales person  to earn commission on business for the life of the account, once you have covered 1 times your cost. Commission is 7.5% or 15% of GP for the life of the account. One sales person has been with the business for about 5 years, and is currently earning about £40K on top of a good basic, and working a 3 day week. Nice work if you can get it.

  • They treat their staff like adults, they can work from home, everyone has a voice, they support, mentor and train their staff through good training.

  • They offer a flexible approach: For example, one sales person who is doing very well has a 7 week holiday booked because he can. Amazing!
